Location, Location, Location! This large, gorgeous, historic island home is located on Toledo Avenue, on the edge of the three-block downtown district. The home features an open kitchen, dining, and living space that was designed for entertaining. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers, it can accommodate up to 16 people. When it is time to relax and kick back, The Queen Elizabeth House has a large, fully screened, enclosed back porch that overlooks the National Park and Perry's Monument

This is a quiet 12-unit building with some year-round residents so please no parties!
