Sitting On The Dock On The Bay! This really cool house of character is located at the mouth of the Mindemoya River in the historic town of Providence Bay. This bay is famous for its longest on the island sand beach as well as the rainbow trout and salmon. This amazing quality finished home has four different levels to it, with spectacular views over the promenade boardwalk and endless sea of blue called Lake Huron. NEW FOR 2025, the Yacht has Air Conditioning! A vintage private 30 foot Cruiser with a teak & mahogany wood trimmed cabin. Its' docked in Tobermory's BIg Tub Harbour. Two berths sleep 2 each. Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Extra person $50/day agreed prior. Centre bed $50 for stay. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking.
