We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

Leafy, cool, inner-city, self-contained apartment

This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

Well appointed, 2 bedroom townhouse. Aircon throughout, WIFI included. Note that this property is strictly for non-smokers only. For stays 21 nights or more, cleaning will be provided free of charge every 2 weeks. This may not coincide exactly with the 14th day as cleaning schedule is determined by a regular cleaning schedule that doesn't necessarily align with the booking. Host will advise of cleaning day and any changes if applicable. Fresh linen and towels will be provided every 7 days.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities, shopping centres and Pub at the top of the Road. Many Restaurants in this suburb and surrounds. You’ll love my place because of the ambience, the location, and the outdoors space. All species of birds visit and you can see kangaroos on any day. My place is good for couples or a family of four. This is a very quiet street, great for writing, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
