We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Michele's place was exactly as advertised. Very close to some great beaches and towns as well as any amenity you could need. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice. All of the neighbours we encountered were very friendly. The house itself was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home!

Heidy’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Communicating was easy and always a quick response. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Close to restaurants/stores. Very easy to get to the airport. Would definitely stay at Heidy’s place again!

This place is beautiful. It is perfect for large group getaways. The pool wasn’t warm enough to get into but it was clean and the chairs place by the pool are a perfect place to layout and relax. The host is great at communicating and is very responsive. Most importantly, check-out is easy with minimal requirements. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The location is ideal! Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping centers are just minutes away.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Super nice place and excellent host. My wife and I were in town for a funeral. Host left us a delightful, generous, and thoughtful gift basket and note. Loved the view in the morning—Halifax River view. Place is right on a walking path, adjacent to a delightful park, and felt quite private all at the same time. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

The house was just as described! It was in a quiet area which was really nice to get back to after a busy day! The backyard was also amazing for laying out!

Great stay! Perfect location and nice house. It was roomier than expected. Very comfortable for two couples. The backyard was a nice bonus space. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Big laundry room and garage and included lots of beach gear. Diego was extremely responsive.

Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of. We were greeted with an abundance of treats to start our vacation. This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed at. They did a fantastic job communicating with us and describing their home on the listing. They even surprised our family with a sweet gift when we left.

Great place to stay with my friends! Beautiful house that was affordable, clean, and close to stores and the beach!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

I visit Port Orange with my children just about every year. Bill's place was conveniently located, in a SUPER quiet subdivision, and clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.
