Kalou, is a unique bolthole lovingly hand-built from reclaimed materials during lockdown. Previously sited elsewhere, the cabin has recently been upgraded to a more sustainable way of living, off-grid, and now surrounded by seamless views of tranquility and peace, nature and spectacular sunsets. Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Airship 001 Sussex Woodland

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, since 2016, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. The Airship is NOT suitable for those who need these services.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Close to South Downs National Park, Knepp Wilding and coast. Quiet, rural setting on a farm by Warminghurst Church. Loved by musicians. Beautiful, light, airy self-catering barn with piano, twin or Super King bed, equipped kitchen. Perfect getaway from the city, quiet music retreat and excellent romantic setting for a Wedding Night. Private area with lawn for the use of guests, that is not overlooked. Parking for two cars. Good walks and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
