The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. The Coop is a luxurious, compact double en-suite room located just 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth. It features a super comfy bed, stunning wet room, honesty bar & access via a shared porch for easy self check in. Whilst the coop is a small double, it is perfect for light travellers looking for a bolt hole to explore the area. There is free on street parking available nearby and the town centre is an easy walk down the hill, but we would recommend a taxi or bus back up!!
