The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

Fantastic apartment in a great location! Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Street parking was hassle free, very quiet area and streets yet only a short walk to downtown.

We needed a place to stay when we visited family. It was just what we needed; cozy, clean, plenty big enough for 3 of us but compact too. Located right in town it was convenient for grabbing food and supplies and very comfortable to come back to after a busy day.

Great spot with a ton of amenities. Enough dishwasher and laundry pods, toiletries, and coffee to last for weeks. Would stay again!

This really was a lovely stay. The home is perfectly situated near some beautiful historic buildings and homes in Montour Falls, which is just a few minutes drive from Watkins Glen. A two minute walk gets you to an awesome local water fall. It doesn't take long to feel at home. Comfy furniture, great natural light, a selection of books that you actually want to read and fun games to play with the family. The kitchen has just what you need including some pantry items. We had a great time here.

We found this to be an excellent space in a terrific location for visiting Ithaca and Ithaca College. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious, Lorene’s apartment fit our needs perfectly!

The space, inside and out, is beautiful, and Georg and Kari were responsive, helpful hosts.

If you are visiting The Southern Tier of NY, Diane’s place is where you must stay. This gorgeous loft-style, upscale home is also perfect for parents visiting their kids at Ithaca College or Cornell. It is incredibly spacious, but feels homey too. I was visiting my son for Christmas, and we enjoyed a very special holiday together here. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with Everything!! I actually didn’t even rent a car & walked to shops and restaurants even in December with no problem. The bed is very comfortable, nice large bathtub and modern laundry. Diane is incredibly kind and responds immediately to any requests. Highly Recommend!

Wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. Perfect location to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. Host was super accommodating and friendly. So much better than a hotel stay! We will definitely be back!

Very private and quiet space. There were stairs to get to the walk out basement which was the entrance for the apartment. The front of the house that you see as you enter the driveway is not the same as the picture of the whole house so there was some confusion if I was at the right place. Inside was very spacious and clean.

This place was great! My fiancé's family is all from Naples and we went to visit his grandparents this week- just a lovely stay! Super easy to find, ease of in and outs but felt safe:) Everything was clean and they left lots of toiletries so that was super helpful! Short walk to Grimes Glen (one of our favorite spots) and BBQ place that is some of the best southern-style food (and we currently live in VA!). So grateful this place was pet friendly! Our doggy loved her stay too! The nearby and the trash spot out back was super convenient for cleanup and all of our take-out clean up! Thanks for our stay! Would love to come back soon!

We loved Lisa’s place. Lovely apartment. Clean, comfy beds, nicely appointed kitchen. Wonderful location, walking distance to many restaurants, donut shops, Ben & Jerry’s, Seneca Lake, and much more. We hiked Watkins Glen State Park, visited many local waterfalls. Many wineries and breweries are nearby. Wonderful weekend! Can’t wait to visit again!

Clean Comfortable bed felt like home

Chance was very nice and hospitable. The place was very peaceful and quiet. Pool and hot tub area is very nice, weather wasn’t good so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Joan was a great hostess and her place was a 10/10. It had everything we could need with the most spectacular views.

Holly is a terrific host. Always responsive when I had a question. Very helpful. Clear instructions. Wonderful remodeled home. Everything you need inside. Would love to come back and finish my list of things to do.

We felt very comfortable at Arnaud's place. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything I needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room was magically there, not to mention the fresh eggs. Both Arnaud and Dave were very responsive to all of my questions and friendly. We loved the hot tub as much as our puppy loved the beautiful and fully fenced in yard. My 7yo daughter loved scootering down street to an ice cream place, as well as to a park with a playground. I wished I had my bike on me since Finger Lakes Trail was just a short walk away. It was a great stay.

the hosts are so warm and welcoming! They think of everything you might need while on vacation! The location is great, close to Watkins Glen!

Third time we’ve stayed here and will again! Bucolic surroundings. Halfway between Ithaca and Trumansburg, we find it very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and David is a fantastic host. We love all the little extras and the quaint decor.

Great hosts and so kind. Thoughtful down to the last detail. At first we thought their rules were a little intense, but they're understandable and don't really affect the quality of the stay. They're things we would have done anyway. They do offer a crib for folks with kids. We have a 1 year old that has just started walking and the apartment is about 25% baby proof. There were things that needed moved out of baby's touch and more outlet covers would have been ideal. aside from that everything was amazing. We stayed for 5 days and thankfully they had almost everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking. It's just a few driving minutes from downtown and close to everything. But also far enough out where it was quiet and serene. Beautiful area and even better hosts.

Kayla’s place was super cute and very clean. Bed was comfy with room darkening shades so we could sleep in. Easy communication. Would absolutely stay here again!
