Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette/it is very basic- not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors Free parking nearby A train line not far behind the cabin-can be heard

Get cozy into this garden house/ barn very close to London. Once you get here, you can recharge your batteries, stay in the lovely garden and listen to the birds singing, or chill in the open studio where the big open space will invite you to be creative, relaxed, feel like home. Lovely light & spacious one UK kingsize bed flat. In the heart of the city centre, close to shops & restaurants. Luton airport - 11 mins by train; by car 20/30mins. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
