The cafes, deli, fishmonger, baker and much more are just a couple of minute's walk away. The beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are less than 15 mins drive away.

The Piggery at Oldaway

The Piggery is a self contained converted Pigstye in the grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding near to Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The light and airy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and good sized shower room. With underfloor heating throughout it is open all year round. The property is all on one level and has some disabled facilities. There is easy private parking and guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden and to visit the smallholding and orchards

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Stay in a beautiful handcrafted Shepherd's hut with wood burning hot tub, overlooking the rolling Devon hills surrounding the Salcombe Estuary. Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
