Very beautiful apartment. Looked just like the photos. The kitchen was one of the reasons we wanted to stay there in case we wanted to cook instead of eating out and there was plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. We had a designated parking spot so we didn't have to worry about where to park. Very quiet location, close to beautiful architecture and downtown. Overall, if we visit again, we will try to stay there again.

Beautiful place and looked exactly as listed. Ideal location! Easy to access. Very close to everything downtown. Communication was always open and clear. Instructions were easy to follow. Next time I come to visit, I hope this Airbnb will be available again. Thanks for everything!

This was probably the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in from a cleanliness, comfort, and preparation standpoint. From labels on everything to great bathroom products to good communication. This was a 10/10 experience and I will absolutely be coming back to stay here again.

Another great trip to Tony's crash pad. I was just passing through on a road trip but this oasis was ideal to rest and recharge before hitting the highway again.

April is a warm and welcoming host and a great communicator. This unit was also very nice. It is comfortable, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for my wife, daughter, and me over a weekend swim meet in Mason, about 20 minutes away. I highly recommend April's place if you're visiting the Lebanon/Mason area. It would be great for King's Island.

This has been our go to place for our yearly girls trip. Everything ee do is walking distance. The restaurant (Legendz), is right downstairs and absolutely wonderful. We have never had any issues. We plan to continue to making this "our spot".

This place was great! Everything we needed for a little weekend trip to Lexington with our baby! There’s some great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pretty close to campus and even downtown.

The house was beautiful and exactly what was described. We messed up and locked ourselves out and they took care of that very quickly for us. Very nice area in downtown. When we go back again we will see if it is available and book there again. Thank you!

The place is walkable to downtown and only 2 blocks from a famous local candy shop with 20 minute tours of their production facility. It is worth trying. Downtown is a beautiful walk with art, historical signage near the buildings, nice shops, coffee, ice cream, and an art walk. This is a beautiful little town with easy access to the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea to get you going in the morning.

My old college friends and I have gotten together for many years and enjoy staying in different cities. We were in Louisville to see a musical but wanted to stay some place more quiet. Kevin's river front home was perfect for us! We loved sitting around the fire at night, watching the barges go by and enjoyed peaceful walks in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Good place comfy rooms rented it for the Kentucky derby, everything was a reasonable distance from the house

Very comfortable house with plenty of room for family to visit and eat together. Good central location. Owners moved us to this house after one of their other properties (which we had rented) suffered significant storm damage--very accommodating. They even allowed a later checkout to give us some flexibility on Easter Sunday.

This was a great house for our vacation. House was very well kept and wonderful bourbon themed charm on many of the furnishings. Nicole and Robert were wonderful hosts and very responsive to our questions and needs. The location is great for visiting the Bourbon Trail, especially Buffalo Trace, seeing the horse farms around Lexington and checking out Churchill Downs in Louisville. We just hope it is available on our next trip to this region whenever that may be.

Really nice place. Clean and comfortable! Well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the basement area with the pool table, ping pong table, and other games. It was a nice place for the kids to escape the adults! We would stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic, thoughtful and welcoming, with lots of small touches that made a big difference. Their clear, detailed instructions made everything super easy and stress-free. We especially loved the convenience of the parking spot right by the entrance. The place was absolutely spotless, even better than the photos! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back when we are in the area.

I was in town for a conference, and James was amazing! We had some flight delays, so we were able to push a later check out which was super helpful. Walkable restaurants and bars, Tavern at the Point has amazing cheese curds, tried James’ recommendation for the pistachio latte at Coatcheck coffee. Rathskeller near by. James’ place is gorgeous, clean, and quiet. We would 100% stay again if we had to come back to Indy. Loved having the Nintendo and record player!

Booked this for a girls weekend recently. This place was even better than we had imagined. The pictures don’t even do it justice and the location doesn’t get much better in this city— right on the Findlay market! Would recommend this place 100x over and now I’m looking for another excuse to stay in one of her BnBs!

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!
