We are located just over an hour from Boston or Portland, 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch & 5-15 min drive to a number of beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask for no animals since there's a cat that lives here too.

Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. After a long day at the beach relax on the covered patio watching the ducks and geese on the lake while the squirrels and chipmunks run abound. Listen to the wide variety of birds singing.

Come relax in the guest suite of our new modern farmhouse, one mile from Cape Porpoise's village town centre in Kennebunkport. Enjoy a private entrance and outdoor seating space/ fire pit overlooking a wooded lot. The 1000 sq. ft. space is bright and roomy. It has a king-sized bed with tv, kitchenette, office area and a 50 inch smart tv in the comfy living room. Walk outside our home and find 27 miles of interconnecting conservation land trails.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) A short walk along wooded paths will lead to the ocean where you can picnic by the water, explore tidal pools, and enjoy a variety of wildlife and vegetation. Distance to the center of Rockport by car is under 10 minutes/ walking is approx. 50 minutes. Distance to the railway station is approx. 5 minutes by car/ walking is approx. 40 minutes.

Our spacious suite with private bath is comfortable, well appointed, close to everything. 1 mile to the beach. Many extras included ! The suite consists of a large studio, with private bath. The second room rents for $55 per night for a second or third person in the group and shares the bath.
