Located just 14 km (20 minutes) from the entrance to the Yala National Park, the Villa provides accommodation for up to 14 guests. The 2 private rooms facing the swimming pool has AC, cable TV, safe locker & en-suit toilets. The upper floor dormitory can accommodate 10 guests with separate shared toilets / shower facilities. Guest can enjoy the private rooftop terrace, swimming pool , large garden and try our local cuisine.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

Sethsiri bungalow is situated very close to Mawella beach. It is a heritage colonial manor house in a working coconut plantation surrounded by bountiful nature. All 3 bed rooms have ensuite washrooms , hot and cold water and airconditioning. Easy access to the house from the Matara -Tangalle road even with public transport. You can rent the villa on a self catering basis. There is a stunning 15 m swimming pool with a beautiful outdoor dining area beneath the bougainvillea.
