Experience a true Colorado getaway with this custom built Scandinavian inspired A-frame, nestled on the Palmer Divide, centrally located only 15 min to Colorado Springs & 30 min to Denver. You will feel secluded within the pines and views to die for. You might see wildlife walking by while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the hot tub or cozied up in a blanket on the deck. Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!
