Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. Our place is close to Clitheroe Town Centre, The River Ribble, The Trough of Bowland and Clitheroe Castle. You’ll love our place, Its home from home, We want you to come back, we have made it as cosy as we can. You will love it.. We also have a cool Record player with classic vinyl to enjoy whilst having a drink. Wifi is free of charge. There is also a sauna that is free of charge. Pets are welcome. We have a nice garden with various seating areas where you can chill and relax.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Ninth floor apartment with huge 30 X 30 foot lounge in city centre home . You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
