Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Our lovely one-bedroom Duplex is situated in the Old Town of Edinburgh, where the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle are close at hand. This is rare main door terraced house with a size of 50 m2. Worry free if you have heavy luggages to carry. It is right at the heart of the Edinburgh Festival theatres. 15min walk from Edinburgh Waverley station and 10 min walk to the Royal Mile. Surrounded by lots of local restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and right in the heart of all Festivals as well!

Central apt. in historic Old Town Edinburgh

A bright 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the Old College's Dome. The very central and unique location means most sights are within walking distance. A stone's throw away from the Festival Theatre, National Museum. The Castle, Royal Mile and Grassmarket are nearby. Great coffee place below and a friendly local bar. 4th floor. No lift. If you have heavy luggage or have mobility problems be aware of this as there are many steps up. I'm usually always around to meet people and let them in myself.
