We had an amazing stay at James'! He was very welcoming and gave us lots of information about the cabin & the area. Great amenities, clean and the most relaxing weekend ever! The bed is so comfy and you are provided with everything you need. I can not recommend it enough :)

absolutely beautiful place, beautiful lodge as well. it was my boyfriend and i’s first weekend away together and we definitely picked the right place!! 45mins out from lincoln city so easily doable in a day and close to local shops as well. overall it was 10/10 and would definitely consider returning

What an amazing weekend my friends and I had at Fallow Lodge! It was exactly the getaway we needed. The lodge is set in a stunning location, and the accommodation and facilities were absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was excellent, and the recommendations provided were really helpful. We made the most of the hot tub, enjoyed meals outside on the terrace and picnic table, and relaxed in the cosy lounge and kitchen area. We also took a trip to the nearby town of Stamford for a day out, which we highly recommend. Thank you, Rachel, for being such a fantastic host. We can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay, the pod (pod 2) accommodation was fantastic and fitted our needs as a family of 4, with brilliant views that could be enjoyed from the hot tub. The onsite play park for kids was unexpected but really good and there was plenty of other space for them to play too. We didn't pay attention to which pod we had booked but there are different internal layouts and orientations/locations on the site so something we will be aware of next time we come.

Really great stay at Callum’s place, really easy and clear instructions to get to. Place just as described, really peaceful and a nice getaway! Callum was really responsive and helpful when we needed anything. Thanks so much, looking forward to returning!

Booked for a 2 night stay and was perfect for a very relaxing time. Very easy to find in a beautiful little village. The instructions for getting in was perfect and great parking close to the lodge. The lodge was very clean and simple inside perfect for what we wanted. lots of room inside for the two of us and a Newfoundland dog and must say he really enjoyed his stay here also. The lodge is in the grounds of the Greenman pub this is a real bonus as the pub is a beautiful English pub with fantastic food and staff who made us feel really welcome it really is worth eating here and having a chat with the locals just how a pub should be good beer great food and lovely people thank you. 1 great thing about staying here is you step out straight into the countryside with gorgeous walks which me and the dog enjoyed. No better way to celebrate our moms 76th birthday weekend. Beautiful to wake up to such a beautiful location, made all the better that the sun was actually shining! The listing location was exactly how described, and it was clean, and comfortable. Julian was responsive and very helpful with all of our enquiries. Already looking to book again later in the year. We had a lovely stay. The location was very peaceful and in beautiful countryside. Great for walks with the dog. Hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We would definitely visit again.

We stayed one night at the cabin. It was easy to find, located on a nice peaceful road but within walking distance to a park to walk the dogs and local shops. The cabin was a charming space with all the amenities you could want, tucked away at the bottom of the garden. Comfy bed, nice linen and a quirky little bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay thank you.

Finding the lodge was easy, but only if you use the post code and directions Rebecca sends. If you use your Sat Nav you will never find the lodge. Rebecca responded quickly to messages and although we didn't meet, I felt she was a lovely host. The area is very quiet and great for walking, either with or without dogs. The lodge was comfortable, clean and a good base for the Derbyshire dales. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Rebecca x.

Brilliant amenities in the cabin, felt very spacious! Loved the rewilding, enjoyed the woodland walk and watching the trains (not noisy, don’t worry!). We can recommend Belton House, walk between Woolthorpe and Belvoir Castle and Mannakin Hall! Hope to stay here again : )

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living areas were nicely decorated. We felt right at home! We’ll definitely stay here again.

great value, campsite is lovely. house is as described in ad and by other reviewers. don't expect a beautiful flat, but for the cost it worked great for our family of four

We had a lovely time, even in winter when the rain was pouring! It's cosy and clean, close to Rutland water if you want to visit. I'm originally from Rutland and we were visiting family, it's a short journey to Oakham, Uppingham, Rutland water, close to amenities. It was great to have the dog with us and our 5-year-old. We will be booking again!

What a great place! Had absolutely everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a way that gave it a really homely feel! My partner and I stayed for a long weekend whilst visiting his grandparents nearby and we will definitely book again when we next visit. Thank you :)

Emyr is fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. The whole area is so beautiful with lovely walks around the corner of Emyr's guesthouse. the caravan was spotless clean and equipped in everything u need and even more e.g. toiletries, towels and basic food basket on arrival. Beds were comfortable and the electric radiators helped to keep warm as the British weather can surprise. we feel very safe and our dog love the fields. the caravans are set up in good distance to each other so privacy is guaranteed. TV and WiFi was very useful when relaxing after miles long walk in the forests.

Paul’s place is exactly as he advertises, a fun and comfortable man cave (though women are allowed too!). The pull-out bed was comfortable for my gf and me. The place was clean, the TV was big, the underfloor heating worked, and most importantly for us, we were able to bring our dog with us. Not many other places in Sheffield let you do that, so it was a perfect place for our stay.
