Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Private, peaceful, spacious & self-contained

Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

The property has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 50 inch smart TV and high speed WiFi. In the bedroom there is a Superking bed with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is modern and benefits from having a top of the range Harvey water softener fitted for super soft skin! Lots of lovely walks nearby such as Fleet Pond.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

1 Bedroom Self-Contained Annex, Private Entrance

Our annex is situated within 10 minutes walk to Fleet town centre, Fleet Pond and Fleet railway station with fast trains to London. The house is close to a lovely park and small woodland. The annex has a lounge, shower room, kitchen and bedroom. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, oven, fridge freezer and kitchen utensils. The television has terrestrial channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Guests may also use our car charger for an additional fee.

Very well situated in terms of local businesses. It is not suitable for a child or baby or those with cat allergies.
