I enjoyed my stay at Mandeville the location was within close proximity to local amenities ie 5 minute drive. If you like being with the locals then this is the place. Safe place to stay with family and friends or alone. Netflix in every room internet connection was good. Tuckie the host extremely helpful and non intrusive. Nothing was too much Will be booking again

Cannot fault Angie as a host as she was very accommodating 10/10. The only downside was that the house could have benefited from a deep clean, this would have made our whole experience perfect! We would definitely recommend!!! Thank you Angie!!!!!

Winsome was a good host as she met us on the day of check in. I enjoyed my stay at this property. There was Wi-Fi , cable and smart TV. We had access to clean bedding and towels, there was no housekeeping facilities I think you may have to request this from Winsome. She was very understanding as I found out on my return that there was an issue with my son and she handled the matter diplomatically. The bed was a little bit low and hard for me if I am honest but I think it’s because I have issues with back and joint pain. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Security is tight but polite, make sure you have your ID on entry for all parties on check in as it will be required and you will need to complete a form for all guests at the gate. I do think the property needs some sort of welcome pack I feel that would have been helpful in terms of the local area etc. Next door there was a very nice guest called Norman he was so helpful he made himself readily available at a drop of a hat. He would take us on day trips and take us shopping as and when required, as you really need a car to stay at Drax Hall Manor country club. The accommodation was about 10 minutes walk to get a taxi and approximately 15 minutes walk to the nearest food establishments KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Hut and there is an another place that sells Jamaican food. It’s located between Ocho Rio’s and St Ann’s Bay. The nearest amenities is in Drax hall itself which, is roughly a 21 minute walk, you access to a petrol station, pharmacy, supermarket and atm machine. The property is located 15 minutes away from medical facilities and Knutsford Express. I would recommend renting a vehicle if you are staying at this property as it will be easier for you to get around. I would recommend that you go shopping in St Ann’s Bay as Drax Hall and Ocho Rio’s itself is very expensive to purchase groceries. Drax Manor has a beautiful swimming pool that is supervised from 7am - 9pm, the is a play area for younger children, a gym, basket ball court and tennis court. There is a private beach located about 20 minutes walk away and it’s called Columbus Cove.

I don't know why he wouldn't get a 10 star review this place was beautiful pictures don't do justice ..very clean , pool gorgeous!! love this part of st elizabeth .. we were all very happy and it accommodated us well while we were here from Canada ..Ainsley..thank you for making our wedding amazing and making us feel supported and welcomed

An Escape to Paradise – Thank You, KGAP Ranch My stay at KGAP Ranch was nothing short of an escape to paradise. I came to Jamaica under very difficult circumstances - to attend my father’s funeral - and this beautiful retreat provided the calm and peace I so desperately needed amidst the emotional toll and the stress of planning and preparation. From the moment we arrived, our host Audrey went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She catered to all our needs with warmth, professionalism, and a genuinely caring attitude. When we couldn’t extend our stay due to availability, she even helped us find another place to stay - a gesture that truly touched our hearts. KGAP Ranch was more than just a place to sleep - it was a sanctuary that brought a sense of comfort and peace during a challenging time. Thank you, Audrey, and thank you KGAP Ranch for making our stay in Jamaica so memorable. I look forward to returning under happier circumstances.

Close to town! Location was close to all the great food restaurants and the town center. Supermarkets, farmers markets, highways, rivers, and mall close by. Living amongst the natives at its best!

My family and I found Sheri’s place to be ideal for our needs. It was perfectly located for easy access to all areas of Mandeville. Sheri was always available and quick to respond to any requests. We truly appreciated the fruit spread upon our arrival and her generous offer to provide us with some of our favorite local items. Sheri’s place has become our go-to home away from home whenever we’re in the Mandeville area.

We loved staying at Shalom for our 3rd time. It's such a hidden gem! This is definitely a perfect location to relax and enjoy nature and watch beautiful sunsets. It's a perfect Jamaican getaway. I miss it deeply everytime we leave. 10/10 highly recommend!

Keisha is a lovely host. Very responsive. Finding the area wasn't really easy, my GPS could not find the place but Keisha provided directions. The place was clean, water pressure was low despite the water pump but hey that's common in Jamaica most times. The bathroom is tiny which might not be a problem for most people I think for me it was unusual since I have huge bathroom. The house was hot, even though there were fans. In all the cottage was cozy, the place was private, and a bit secluded in my opinion a plus for me. It's still a quick drive into Mandeville. The internet worked great and that's a plus. Would I stay again? absolutely! She rented a Kozy Kottage and that's what we got.

if you haven't booked yet... DO IT!! Jodyanns place is remarkable and she is the best host ever. Jodyanns place is very remote and exactly the vibes I was looking for. The place is huge and clean, it comes with dishes pots pans cutlery everything you need to disconnect and have some quality time or family time. The community vibe was some icing on the cake. The host has several resources very close to help with anything you need. I was taken to a local grocery to purchase food items that I would have never found by myself. Directions to a local waterfall and llocation of the center of the island... which you can see from their farm. We were given sugar cane and food items LIKE CACAO pineapple oranges and mango from a farm located on the same street as jodyanns place (actually a family farm). We were in direct and responsive communication with resources that made our trip even better.

The moment you enter you are greeted by the harmful friendly Fay, who made us feel comfortable and offered everything to help enhance our stay. She is a true gem The location is beautiful with a gorgeous outdoor area to relax, eat, smoke, and enjoy the cool surroundings. The amenities offered are top notch and luxurious. Towels/Bedding/Blankets/Floor Rugs - All were high quality and get amazing. They really consider the guest experience. The location is a short drive/walk from most conveniences. I only regret that we couldn’t stay longer to truly enjoy this space more. I’ll need to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Every room had a TV, the beds were super cozy, and having a full kitchen was a great bonus. WiFi worked great. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and in a gated community, plus it’s conveniently close to town. The host was incredibly responsive, even replying to late-night messages promptly. There were a couple of minor issues, like a roof leak and the hot water not working well, but they didn’t take away from the overall experience. I also misread the listing and expected an extra bedroom, but it wasn’t a problem since we didn’t need it. Bugs are just part of the Caribbean experience, so no big deal there. With a little maintenance on the roof and water, this place would be perfect. I’d definitely stay here again!

I will recommend this location because it is centrally located, well maintained and safe. The host is very hospitable. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jennie's beautiful home. We will book again in the future. the neighborhood is nice and neighbors very helpful. Her home is private and was exactly what we were looking for. Responses were prompt and any small concerns were addressed and fixed immediately. Thank you very much for everything! Air hugs 🫂
