Evertons place is the perfect place to get away from it all. No better place to spend Our 20th trip to Jamaica. The infinity pool overlooking the beach was the perfect place to lounge the day away. Beautiful sunsets and a private beach to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The 3/4 wrap around screened in porch was wonderful, we were able to leave all the doors and windows open and take in all the wonderful sights and sounds the property had to offer. Only had to use the a/c for about 20 minutes at the beginning of our stay. There was a wonderful sea breeze that kept the bungalow comfortable. Shirlon picked us up at airport, took us to do groceries and other errands. He was very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about the area. He checked in on us during the week. He took us out to a local roadside pit ran by a friend for the best jerk chicken and festivals we’ve had on the island….and the potato salad 👌🏼 We would stay again at Evertons property ☀

To be honest, meeting Ingrid was the highlight of our stay. The listing was okay, but she brought it to life. We need more hosts like Ingrid. She was thoughtful, down to earth and genuine over-all.

Unforgettable Villa was absolutely beautiful! My girl friend and I wanted to be in the sun, on the beach, without too many distractions, and that is exactly what we got. The Villa is far from the airport and the roads and rough, which should be considered when booking. The groundskeeper, Juba, was wonderful and definitely contributed to the incredible experience we had during our stay— he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our space. The property itself was very beautiful… being able to walk out onto our balcony each morning to watch the pelicans hunt and the fish jump around, followed by beautiful sunsets in the evening was just breathtaking. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for our little slice of heaven!!

Had a great stay here with my family. Our host was very friendly and helpful! Very clean and beautiful home! Loved how quiet and peaceful the area was! Would definitely recommend and will visit again!

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

We enjoyed the stay very much. Very relaxing. The apartment was very clean, and pool area just outside the patio. Our host was warm and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay yet again. This is my third time visiting there. I always stay at this place during the major festivals in St. Ann. Comfortable bed, hot shower, cold a/c, fast wifi, and nice bar and food by the pool. All is perfect.

I was in town for my father’s funeral and coming back to KGAP Ranch every evening was a part of the comfort I needed.
