The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

Our newly refurbished cosy cottage is located in the quiet village of Pinchbeck. Within walking distance there are 2 shops, butchers, Chinese takeaway, chip shop, pub and a lovely garden centre with an exceptional cafe. Our cottage has a fully functioning kitchen equipped with all the essentials including a washer/dryer. We have a double bed and sofa bed in the lounge so can comfortably sleep 4 adults and a fully enclosed garden patio with seating. Maximum 1 pet per stay. Has a ring doorbell.
