Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

Watermore Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Located in a rural area between Dayton & Pikeville and within an hour’s drive of Chattanooga & Crossville. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. In the afternoon, relax on the back porch and let nature lull you into a peaceful, relaxed state of mind. Pet fee $30 max 2 dogs.
