The host was great and so was the house. Any questions I had Kim responded to right away. The house is in a nice spot and the lake access is a great bonus. It’s amazing that grocery stores and restaurants are right up the road because you feel so secluded. The house is definitely an older home but it has been updated sufficiently, but you will still see some aspects of the older house (which isn’t a bad thing). I pretty much only used upstairs except one night I had a family member stay downstairs and another Ac unit could probably be used down there. I suppose this would only be relevant during the hot hot months though. Last but certainly not least. Easiest checkout instructions I’ve had with a rental. This hose doesn’t ask a lot of you which is nice. I’ve had some where they expect alot

Rick’s place is amazing! Perfect blend of games and fun for the kids with the great outdoors literally in the backyard. So many awesome board games as well. Thank you very much and we would love to come back

Just wow! ❤️ We’ve been renting thru Airbnb for years and this might be the fav! The home is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous. Short drive after picking up my son at Gonzaga, the adult kids loved having the basement space, kitchenette and living room down there. There are two bedrooms on that level with twins, a twin room and queen room on the main level, and a king upstairs. Everything felt so clean, plenty of nice towels, cozy blankets, more than adequate cookware, including two crockpots. The large windows with lake views are incredible. Lots of toys downstairs as well, and a propane grill. We loved watching the geese and ducks, and saw turkeys and deer. Listened to the frogs in the pond at night. We picked up whiffle ball sets at WalMart and the kids had a blast playing on the lawn. Never saw a neighbor the whole time, it really feels private. Good communication with host. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jean!

Very beautiful property. We are familiar with the area. Water access and toys are great; the extra gas fire table by the water is awesome for evenings. Clean, large enough for everyone to find personal space, and have fun gatherings with everyone. Owners were very communicative when we had questions. Will definitely stay there again for one of @liveatandres concerts next year! We really appreciated it!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Staying at this house was truly an unforgettable experience. The only negative is that it has set an impossibly high standard for future Airbnb stays, and I mean that in the best way possible. While it was a splurge for us, every penny was worth it. Our group of six felt completely at ease, with each person essentially having their own wing, complete with a full-sized bathroom—an absolute luxury. The thoughtfully curated décor exudes a refined, retro 70s vibe that seamlessly blends style with comfort. Every detail felt intentional, making the space both visually stunning and incredibly inviting. There were plenty of cozy spots for conversation and relaxation, ensuring we could fully enjoy each other's company. The breathtaking view of the river was the cherry on top. I had high hopes of catching a fish, but luck wasn’t on my side this time—though plenty of boats in the area were having better success! Regardless, the peaceful and scenic atmosphere made every moment memorable.

Felt right at home. Our 4 year old and 8 month old daughters were safe from risks in the home as it was child safe. Host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for check in. Host gave excellent recommendations for food in the area. Also, there are 3 gyms nearby and a golf course.

Beautiful, clean and private place to stay. Perfect to relax and recharge. There is access to the lake but be aware it’s a little bit of a hike. The pool is easy access so plenty of options. Would definitely recommend Pixies place, friendly and good communication made everything go smooth. Would definitely come back!

Cabin 26 was exactly as pictured, very peacefull. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ate breakfast at the cafe and it was delicious and well-presented. The servers were friendly and engaging. We had a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect for a lake retreat. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals together, there were many board games and video games to occupy our time. The location was quiet; we could nap perfectly. The lake was just across the street - so close! We went ice fishing each day and enjoyed the snowstorm. We loved this cabin very much.

We had business in Spokane. This location was peaceful, beautiful and not too far away. Grand kids came out and spent the afternoon and enjoyed the beach. Cafe was utilized multiple times and we enjoyed it as well. Staff was helpful and kind. Much preferred over a motel in town!

I’ve been coming to this place since I was an infant and the new updates are so inspiring. I love the nods to the past while modernizing and maintaining the clean, family oriented atmosphere. The manager, John, was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Look forward to coming back again!
