Separate entrance to a newly constructed suite. Suburbs out front; hiking in trees and creek out back. Patio area immediately outside. Inside, a king bed, kitchenette (no stove), TV area (You Tube TV, sports and many other options) with two swivel recliners. Bathroom with shower includes washer-dryer. Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

La Suite Sereine au Bord du Lac

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

South Hill Manito/Cannon Hill Parks near Hospitals

In the heart of Spokane's historic Manito & Cannon Hill Parks. Air conditioned with a private entrance in a 1924 cottage rancher. Safe location on a tree-lined street. 3 minutes to hospitals and interstate 90. Airport 10 min. Ice cream, bagels, coffee 1 block away. Walk to the best parks in Spokane (Manito Park, Comstock, and Cannon Hill.) Grab your mountain bikes or hike "The Bluff" - Spokane's best single-track, with views of Latah Valley 1000 ft below. Just 20 minutes from downtown, our sunny daylight basement has been remodeled for you! Enter through your own door with a key-pad lock. A hot tub and gazebo are right outside the door: patio furniture, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ grill ready to be enjoyed. The interior space is bright and sparkling clean! The kitchen opens into the family room with a smart TV. Just around the corner are two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Ask us about renting our backyard saltwater pool or E bikes!

Mary's Place

Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. DT Spokane - 15 min. drive Shopping - 5 min. drive Coeur d'Alene - 30 min.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

Private basement suite near Whitworth University.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
