If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A private gated community provides extra security. Your private entrance with stairs that lead to the guest suite with a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Enjoy easy access to everything Spokane has to offer from this ground-floor apartment - drive right up to the front door to load and unload. Just 5 minutes from Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, lots of restaurants, Spokane Community College, Avista Stadium, Felts Field (SFF), I-90, and about 10 minutes to get to Downtown Spokane or University District. There's a bus stop for route 32 which can get you to most places in Spokane.

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
