The place was amazing very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was a little small but definitely do able. The kitchen was amazing and nice to cook in only thing was I could find a kitchen fan while I was cooking so we ended up opening the door and using a portable fan to help move everything outside. The bed was so comfortable. And the tv was amazing. If and when I go to scarywood again I would definitely book with Nick again. Also loved waking up to the turkeys in the yard we nice to see a bit of wildlife other then the squirrels.

This was a nicely arranged suite in a quiet location. The added amenities (like the washer and dryer), easy access, and simple check-in/out made the stay more than worth!

Erik’s place is beautiful and in a very unique/beautiful neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and heated floors in the bathroom were a nice feature. It was my first time booking an Airbnb and he made it a good experience. Would recommend to future guests.

Had a great overnight stay with Katlyn & Christian. The renovated space was really well-done and tastefully decorated. I was impressed by how well the bathroom turned, especially the shower. The bed is easily the most comfortable I've had while staying at an AirBnB and slept like a rock. The kitchenette has everything you need for simple meal preps and everything was spotless, from the linens to the floor, it was all squeaky clean. I was only in town for a night but would love to stay here again the next time I'm in Spokane.

It was such a pleasure staying in Tiffany’s lovely Airbnb. The description that’s shared is spot on. I loved the beautiful views and the sun light that floods every room. Tiffany was such a kind, proactive and friendly host. I stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect location for me to walk to work and close to nice restaurants. Thank you again for allowing me to stay and I would highly recommend staying with Tiffany as your host.

They were very friendly, they opened up the entire backyard for my family and always responded when needed. We did have a miscommunication on my end for late checkout because I did not specify what time needed, but they seemed pretty understanding about the situation which was very nice!

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Teya went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to shopping, Trader Joe's, Safeway and eateries, only a few blocks from Sacred Heart Hospital (much nicer stay than a hotel.) Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Teya's place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

Andreis place is quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for my stay. I loved the thoughtful decor and small touches. The bed was so comfortable with excellent linens. The neighborhood is beautiful.

We stayed at Kim’s place for 1 month and really enjoyed how peaceful the area was, yet we could walk to many of our favorite restaurants, coffee, bars and beautiful Manito Park very easily. The place was as pictured and we really liked the front patio-lived all the daffodils, tulips and trees blooming. The beds were very comfy and we also appreciated the pack n play for when our daughter, 22 month old and newborn came over to visit a few times!

Tracy's place on Garden was perfect for us. We actually stayed there for several months. Tracy also responded quickly, let us know anytime she needed to stop by if she needed anything from the basement. She also provided snow shovels and ice melt when the weather turned cold. The house itself is great. Plenty of rooms including an office and a bedroom suite upstairs which was great for our older daughter. The location is one of the best we've stayed at in CDA. VERY close to downtown, but also walkable to midtown where the grocery stores are, including Safeway, Trader Joes and Pilgrims. It's a short 5-10 minute walk to the lake and Tubbs Hill in addition to the Centennial Trail which is perfect for walks, runs or bike rides.

The is was our second time staying at Jennifer’s place. Great location and comfortable.

We had such a great stay at Nathan's home. Without ever meeting him, you could tell that our values aligned. As Christians, we were so excited to see books of the Bible all throughout the home- even prayer cards in the drawers! We are also big advocates for non toxic products, and loved that Nathan uses ECOS for laundry. It all made us feel right at home, comfortable, and happy! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Super sweet and quick responsive host! Place was clean and just as described! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again despite the house being located between a very nice and sometimes sketchy area. Had men in our group which made it feel safer with kids, but not the hosts fault at all. Would still stay again! Cars were safe on the street with no issues. AC was working perfectly along with the hottub. Thanks L!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

We had such a wonderful peaceful stay at this cute home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the beds were comfy. A lot of space to lounge. My family had a great time.

This was a perfect location for our family’s trip to Spokane! It was kid friendly which is a big plus for us. The condo is exactly as described, and they have thought of every little thing to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Hanna was great about accommodating a late check out. It’s also close to parks and great restaurants.

We had a great stay at Camela's place. The condo was clean and bed was comfy. It was easy to walk to Sherman for dinner & breakfast, and it felt safe walking at night. The neighborhood was quiet and the condo had everything we needed. We'd stay here again!

We loved Robert and Torey 's place! They were very welcoming and always super responsive. We enjoyed the quiet building and loved the easy access to bike trails along the water. Food and shopping was close by. The 2 spots in the locked parking garage was also very nice.

Wow! I was blown away with this beautiful condo. Wonderful location and Christy was the best host. Parking was easy and secure. I felt safe as a solo traveler and I loved the soaking tub! Thank you for sharing your home with me. I will be booking again in the near future. Also, wonderful neighbors. They were so welcoming and it was refreshing!

Sweet place in a lovely, peaceful setting. Only recommendation would be a reminder that the suite is accessible from rear of home.

My husband and our two boys (ages 12 and 9) spent 5 nights here and it was wonderful! The entire complex is quiet and well kept. There’s a shared terrace space with a grill, tables and chairs - we made dinner a couple nights at the condo and it was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The location was perfect- every morning and evening we walked along the Spokane River and the kids swam in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again - it was close to a lot of other amenities!

We spent two weeks at Jennifer’s place in Coeur d’Alene, visiting family and friends. Their place is a gem—spacious and luminous. It’s conveniently located near everything in town and just a short walk to the Spokane River. I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.
