It is situated 4.5 miles from Plymouth and is within 3 miles of multiple stunning beaches and coastal paths. There is space available for 2 cars to park safely on the private gated drive. The Coach House was newly renovated in July 2025 with brand new air conditioning installed (for cooling/heating) and has been decorated and furnished throughout.

Cannot accept Sunday arrivals unless house is empty the day before

It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

This first floor will be totally private to visiting guests during their stay.
