Enjoy a private entrance, dedicated workspace, and complimentary high-speed WiFi, making it an ideal haven for remote workers. Take in the picturesque views of our horse pastures, with up to 20 horses, right from your windows. Our property is nestled in the woods, about 1/3 mile from the main road. Located near Amherst, Hampshire, UMass, Smith, and Mt. Holyoke colleges.

Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

For your convenience, two parking spaces are provided in the driveway.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. This adorable, well appointed, historic cottage (an old Tannery building), is nestled within a 50 acre Connecticut River Valley Broad Leaf Tobacco Farm which dates back to the 1700s. The open fields allow for peaceful walks and beautiful views. "The Tannery," is just 15 minutes from Hart/Spring Bradley (BDL) Intern airport. Less than two-hours to Boston and just under three-hours to New York City. Come to unwind and explore New England’s finest.

South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)

Cozy Brick House in Chicopee

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The unit is part of a two family duplex house. You and your family will have the entire unit to yourselves. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The living room has a TV, fireplace, and Netflix. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.

NE Historical Mansion-pets and pet lovers welcome

Enjoy seamless check-in and a private 1,000 sq ft space on the third floor of our historic Victorian home. Includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open hallway, and a combined living/dining/kitchenette area (no sink). Pet-friendly, updated, and comfortable year-round. Accessed via the back staircase; only the entry/hallway is shared. 3rd and Top floor is strictly for guests only. Just 5 min to I-91 and Pike, 15 min to Northampton 15 min to Big E.
