The property consists of 4 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus one additional toilet, a kitchen dining and living area, a game room with table tennis and darts, a garage, and an outdoor heated infinity pool with hydromassage. There is free private outdoor parking for 3 cars, a one-car garage, free WiFi. The property is non-smoking. The whole villa and every room are A/C.

Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Villa Four Brothers No.3 Middle Floor

Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
