Quiet, comfortable and close to everything I wanted to do on my visit.

Brian was a very sweet host! We had a couple morning conversations in the kitchen, and he shared his passion about antiques with me. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had an adorable sunroom off of our bedroom. The perfect spot to stay a couple nights if you’re in town for a wedding!

We loved our stay in Soulard! It was the perfect home base while we explored St. Louis. The neighborhood itself is worth a visit to St. Louis, especially the farmers market. Bonnie's home comfortably slept two adults, one teenager, one preteen, one toddler, and an infant! We appreciated all of the amenities that the home was equipped with as well, it made for a very cozy visit. We would love to come back!

The building itself smells of smoke but the apartment did not. The place is pretty nice, definitely well loved. We would stay again.

Michele is very responsive. We couldn't get the code to work to use the front door of the building- but I don't think that is her fault. The garage rear entrance was tricky to find and a little sketchy but again not her fault. Overall we were happy with our stay. Another towel in the kitchen would've been nice. And some laundry detergent to start would be nice. The sheets could stand to be updated. But everything was pretty clean and lots of space. It was perfect for walking to the convention center. And lots of parking available.

The place is a spacious 2-bedroom condo that looks just like the pictures, with a comfortable master bedroom and living room furniture. I very much enjoyed my stay at Michele's place. The accommodations were great, the parking was fantastic, and the location was very convenient to restaurants, bars, downtown, and many attractions, such as the Dome and the Arch. Please do ensure you read the instructions sent by the host to ensure your check-in via the main entrance is smooth. I look forward to repeating my visit the next time I am in St. Louis.

Great location! We went to the city museum which is right across the street! Food was just a partial block away. Felt safe. Nice balcony. Clean space. Enjoyed the spot!

My wife and I absolutely loved our experience! Eugenia was very sweet and met us at the front door with a smile. It was very clean and plenty of space! Parking was secure with a gate. Walking distance to everything and we had the best time cruising around downtown on the lime motorized scooters and drove them right up to Ballpark Village! We would recommend this place to all, business travelers, families or couples would all love! Thank you so much, Eugenia!

I had a wonderful stay at Larry’s BNB. Two things really stood out: one, Larry cooked a wonderful breakfast for all the guests (which we ate all together), and two, he gave me a botanical garden pass to use, which was amazing. It was a great stay and I felt very at home. My only feedback would be that the curtains on the bedroom windows didn’t go all the way down, so there was some light that got in and maybe a little bit of visibility from the outside. However, the overall setting was peaceful and enjoyable — I would definitely come back! Highly recommend.

We only stayed one night, but this was an amazing find. We were nothing but thrilled with our stay, the place is exactly as described and has such a nice layout. If we need to stay in St. Louis in the future, we will definitely consider seeing if one of the rooms at this BnB are available.

Our stay was short quaint and so relaxing before the solar eclipse 2024. We felt right at home and was very happy with how comfy and cozy we felt. The decor was stunning. We hope to return and explore Waterloo! Thank you so much for accommodating us! 🧡

TL;DR: we had a great stay, even if we brought the rain with us. We booked Larry’s pink room for a quick mother-daughter weekend adventure, and it was the perfect fit for us. Strong marks for convenience, price, and comfort (just make sure you can parallel park, that’s 90% of your options in STL). The pink room has a lovely firm mattress (Queen) and good closet space. There’s a small couch by the window which was great for reading when we needed a break from exploring the city. Larry keeps a small fridge in the room with some complementary beverages, plus a triple USB port for easy charging of your devices. Lots of windows if you’re luckier than we were and actually see the sun on your visit. The pink room uses a shared bathroom, which was perfectly fine for us. Larry had lots of great suggestions for local activities/food, and breakfast helped us fuel up for our day! Day one was a full English style breakfast, day two was a lovely veggie frittata and waffles! Would stay again!

Not only was the stay perfect my partner left his cellphone at the Airbnb and without hesitation they shipped his phone out for us very kind and caring people !
