Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

The best host! He was very responsive and went above and beyond!

We thought the house was great for our needs. Located close enough to the city it was easily accessible and also conveniently located to gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors all seemed friendly enough. My daughter loved playing with the arcade games and the neighborhood cats lol. We’ve stayed at multiple places in the quarter and it was nice to have a little quiet time outside of it, but still be a quick drive. The hosts were super responsive any time we reached out.

My family had a very roomy and comfortable stay at Kevin’s place. The location was perfect. Close to NOLA but without the crowds, noise, or expense. The yard was well kept and expansive. Particularly enjoyed the double sinks in the master bath. Although didn’t have a chance to use it, the double jacuzzi bath was very inviting. Kevin was a great host.

Clean, safe, comfy, thoughtful! Clean - as soon as we walked in, we could tell the house was sparkling clean. The kitchen, bathrooms, linens, everything was spotless. The house was nicely decorated, and not cluttered. The space felt welcoming and peaceful. Safe - I was traveling with my daughter and granddaughter (1.5 years old) and we arrived at 11pm. The neighborhood and house appeared safe and there was a private driveway to park in. Comfy - the beds were perfect, we had a great night’s sleep. More than that, we instantly felt at home. Thoughtful - the host thought of EVERYTHING! It was nice having cold water bottles in the fridge and an ice tray full of ice. There was a snack tray filled with snacks. When we arrived, the host had a pack-n-play set up and ready for the baby (and it was SUPER clean with clean sheets). In addition, there were a couple puzzles for her to play with and we even found sippy cups in the cabinet. I highly recommend this house and hope to be back again.

Such a quaint little place nuzzled right off the interstate! Close to a little city and only around 40-45 ish minutes from New Orleans! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Perfect is how I would describe the home, 15 minute drive to the airport, 20 mins into down town, 5 mins to the causeway bridge. The house is in a cute neighborhood that’s quiet, the backyard is filled with birds and plants. It’s kind of perfect - you are to everything, but you feel very relaxed and secluded in this quiet neighborhood. Tons of food delivery options close, as well as places to eat out, not to mention the gourmet kitchen at your disposal. Beds are comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. Host really does want you to feel at home and there are little touches like shampoo/ soap / conditioner. Sodas and waters in the fridge, dimmable lights… everything about check in and out was clear, communication was perfect. It was perfect spot for us.

We had a great time at Rachel’s place. Very clean. Full kitchen with everything needed to make a great meal. We were excited that there was a rolling pin and we made some Roti to go with our chicken curry. We will definitely stay here again if we have work in the area.
