Located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River,this newly renovated,spacious apartment offers magnificent views of the Seaway and glorious sunsets over Ogden Island. Enjoy your meals on the covered porch while watching international ships navigate through the shipping channel to their destination, listening to the Friday night summer concert series, or simply revel in the soothing comfort of the River flowing by. Next door is the town dock offering fishing,swimming and transient boat docking.

Welcome to Apt #2! A block away from the Pine Street Arena, and Sandstoner Park (which has a playground and a nice beach in the summer). Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, Clarkson, and Suny Potsdam. It has a double bed and a twin-sized bunk bed (sturdy enough for adults/attached to studs). The living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress in the chest. Weather permitting, access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and grill. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly.
