Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.
