This will WOW most as it has been restored back to its former 1930's glory from her "Rose Du Barry" bathroom to her vintage operational kitchen. Located in the midst of everything downtown and within walking distance to Shops, Cafés, Wineries, Restauraunts, Antiques, State Historic Sites, and Sainte Genevieve National Historic Park. A short drive to Nearby hiking in State Parks, golfing, wineries and our water park. Self check-in. (For the curious) You may see Halloween props in the basement

Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fully fenced with a gated entrance offering privacy, a fire pit, covered patio, and large deck. The city park is located next door with a private acces gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions.

Once a bustling hub for travelers, this roadside service station/restaurant was built in the late 1930's. Conveniently located right off the main highway just minutes to the interstate & less than a 10-minute drive to town. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy, cozy up to the firepit or grill on the deck. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer!

FUNKS INN-no extra guest fees or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

Couples Retreat in the Trees + Hot tub

The TreeLoft is a custom built luxury treehouse for two nestled in the eastern part of the Ozark Mountains. Enjoy the gas fireplace for a cozy evening ambiance, a private hot tub under the stars, roasting s'mores over an evening fire or an early morning soak in the free standing tub. All of this is located within 20-45 minute scenic drive of hiking trails, wineries, and restaurants . It is our hope that upon your stay you will be reconnected to nature and to the one you came with.

The Caamp

The Caamp located directly across the road from The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing and Pebble Creek provides a close and convenient place to stay along with a breath taking view of the upper Coffman valley. The Caamp is also very close to Chaumette and Charleville. If outdoor adventure is what you seek The Caamp serves as a great landing zone to explore nearby attractions like Pickle Springs and Hawn State Park. Sit back and enjoy the view from this gorgeous and cozy tiny home.

Relax with the whole family at this historic 1820's log cabin nestled in the Heart of Wine Country in Ste Genevieve County! Stay and enjoy Charleville Tasting Room and Brewery and have food and drinks ready for your arrival or enjoy anytime when we are open Wednesday through Sunday with our 24 tap wall or full service bar and restaurant!
