Also features a nice covered outdoor porch area to relax. Centrally located close to fishing, shopping, dining, and adventuring! We keep two outdoor cameras on the property. One overlooks the parking area and the other is located on the side by our supply closet, pointing towards the shop and driveway.

This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
