Outside you will find a fire ring and BBQ grill to cook up your favorite foods.

Relax at this comfortable apartment on our 25-acre ranch home. The apartment has a private bedroom, living area with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom, and it's own private entrance and patio. This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. This area of Alaska has so much to do the whole family will enjoy.

The Nest - Affordable and Centrally Located

Enjoy easy access to everything from this affordable one bedroom private apartment that is centrally located off the highway. It appeals to guests who are looking to get away and go fishing. Our place sleeps two. The bed can be either a king size bed to share with your spouse or we can separate it into two twins if you and your buddy are looking for an affordable option to stay on the Kenai Peninsula. No washer and dryer on premises but there is one within 3-5 miles of the apartment.

This fully furnished place is in the heart of (URL HIDDEN) within walking distance of hospital, library, post office and many retail stores. The Kenai River runs through town and the location can serve as a traveler's base to go 71 miles to scenic Homer; 35 miles to Captain Cook State Recreational Park; 40 miles from Cooper Landing; and 62 miles to Seward.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
