This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
