This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Villa Milla is a completely new well-equipped tourist facility, located on the south side of the island of Ciovo in the beautiful bay of Mavarstica, only 80 m from the sea. Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

This pretty holiday home comprises two accommodation units connected by internal stairs. The house is nicely and functionally furnished and is perfect for relaxing holiday of two families. The outdoor pool and all other amenities are for your use only (exclusively). Our Villa is located in a quiet urban neighbourhood and some restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The closest beach is around 350 m away from the Villa.
