Two full bathrooms, three toilets. Sleeps up to 6 people. Jacuzzi, gym and cinema lounge. South facing garden, adjoining a quiet little playground. Near the Nacka natural park and Tele2/Globen Arena. Walking distance to subway, 15 minutes to city centre and international fair. Room for two cars on the private parking area.

Our house is located in a quiet, beautiful area in Nacka. Perfect for a family with kids, but also for a couple that appreciate the nature and want to explore the archipelago. It’s just 2 min walk to the bus that will take you to the city center of Sthlm in 17 min (Södermalm and Old Town). The house has everything on one floor which makes it very convenient. Access to 2 terraces from the living room to relax and have a nice barbecue. Close to foodmarket and fastfood options if needed.

Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
