Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. We will send a request through the app for the additional fee of $50 per night

This is a private stay, the only thing that is shared is the driveway with Apt #1 and #2, perfect for those who want to travel with friends. ALL linens are laundered fresh for every guest, from the comforter to the mattress and pillow protectors. There is a barbecue and a firepit that you are welcome to use. You also have your own screened in porch. You can arrive any time thats convenient to you after the 3pm check in time. That time is often earlier and I will be sure to let you know.

On Jordan's Cove is conveniently located to nearby beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Take trip onto the cove with kayaks and adventure to the LI Sound or up the Jordan river. Visit the one of many state parks and local beaches or just relax by the cove. The efficiency apartment is on the main level of the home with no steps with a private entry and space. The unit has a queen bed, kitchen and full bath with shower. This is a great affordable option for a stay on the Ct. Shore.

Newport has one of if not the most expensive hotel rates in the USA... Sleeps 5 Folding screen door in the blue room. Also a stand up desk in the same room. Full kitchen. Living room has 2 sofas, 65 inch smart TV, Dining room seats 6. Fifteen minutes to Newport and beaches. URI 6 miles, Swim meets, football & basketball, graduation. And if you’re here for fun, we are 1.5 miles to Ocean Beach (borrow our pass for free access) 20 min to Mohegan Sun & 25 to Foxwoods and 15 min to Mystic.
