This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Vous allez adorer cet endroit privé, pittoresque et entouré d'eau, à 35 minutes d'Ottawa, avec 4 chalets en bois rond, 4 lacs pour la beignade et la pêche, pistes boisées pour la marche, raquette, ski de fond. 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Semi-detached home at this peaceful and centrally located place. Full kitchen, long private driveway with ample parking space for multiple cars, High Speed Internet, on-site laundry, all this within 10 minutes drive to Cornwall. 1 Hour to Ottawa and Montreal. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, hardware stores, pharmacies and shopping near by. A few minutes walk to the St. Andrews West Church. NO PETS Please. Thank you!
