The Bunkhouse @ Stone Gate Farm & Sculpture Park

This Bunky is a separate mini-house on our farm with a view of the fields, pasture, & duck pond. Enjoy the 1 km tour of the sculpture park, the 5 km of trails, or the shared pool and year round hot tub. The Bunhkouse has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and open concept living room/kitchen. It sleeps two comfortably and can fit 2 extra guests on the fold down living room futon. There’s free Wi-Fi and 24" Smart TV. We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom pet-friendly home at the end of a quiet, dead-end street. Short walk to lovely sandy beach, shops and restaurants. AC, fast wifi, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel gas stove/dishwasher/microwave, bright main-floor laundry room with washer/dryer, huge backyard with tiered deck, patio set, BBQ and firepit, plus a cozy finished basement and plenty of parking. All the comforts of home - bedding, towels, beach chairs, toys, games, baby stuff etc.

Port Bruce main floor /shared outside areas

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our stylish and cozy little nook right in the hub of our friendly little town. Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Please inquire if more info is needed!!
