This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

L’appartement comprend une cuisine séparée, une salle de bain avec baignoire/douche et lavabo, des toilettes séparées, ainsi qu’une chambre avec un lit double confortable. Le salon accueillant dispose d’un canapé-lit solide avec sommier à lattes pour 2 personnes. Parfait pour un séjour relaxant en bord de mer.

Een auto heb je hier niet nodig! Ook prima voor workation, met bureau in slaapkamer. Geschikt voor max. 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (afwijkingen kunnen wel worden aangevraagd).

Vivez la grandeur d’Ostende en séjournant dans l’un des plus beaux appartements de l’entre-deux-guerres. La résidence est un remarquable exemple d’architecture moderniste de la fin des années 1930. La Résidence Marie-José bénéficie d’un emplacement emblématique, en face du célèbre Hotel Du Parc et à quelques pas de la mer. L’immeuble d’angle de 1939, classé monument, est superbement conservé.
