We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Little House with Country Charm Cute house with everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch, or by the fire in the back yard. Mancave has a view of the firepit. Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

Experience a peaceful stay on our alpaca farm! Our cozy bunkie sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a camping-style experience with the comfort of heat and air conditioning. You'll have the opportunity to help feed and water our 40+ alpacas and even take an evening alpaca walk—at no extra charge. End your day around the large bonfire under the stars.
