Pondarosa - 2 bedroom barn conversion

A bright and airy two bedroom barn conversation with exposed beams on the side of our family home on the outskirts of Holcombe Village in Radstock. With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. The first of two bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, towels provided. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area and small patio area just outside patio door

Note- During periods of high winds the privacy screens will not be permanently erected however privacy and security is guaranteed and unaffected. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Designated parking with private entrance. Local shops and country pubs (The Reddan and The Wagon) in walking distance and highly recommended.

A converted stone-built barn, Rose Barn is a self-contained detached property with own entrance and private south-facing garden on the grounds of Grade II listed cottage surrounded by countryside conveniently situated on the edge of the village of Gurney Slade, just few miles of the remarkable cathedral city of Wells and the beautiful Mendip Hills, with easy access to historic Bath, Glastonbury, Frome and Bristol. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Set in the beautiful Somerset countryside on a quiet family farm. The Sheep Shed offers privacy to relax, wind down and take in the gorgeous surroundings. Own entrance and private parking included. Full kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. King size bed and underfloor heating through out. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Edford, Holcombe is 30 minutes away from Bath, 20 minutes from Wells and Glastonbury, 10 minutes from Shepton Mallet and Frome.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Cosy barn style stay in Somerset

Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.
