Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Must be ok with steps, lots of steps! Located in downtown Lehighton Pa. A few minutes to historic downtown Jim Thorpe and the D&L trail for hiking, biking, rafting, wining, dining and more! Also 20 minutes to Blue Mountain Ski Resort. We have a designated parking lot if street parking isn’t available. Never a parking concern. Walking distance to Insurrection distillery, Bonnie & Clyde’s restaurant as well as many local shops.

Jim Thorpe Weekender

This is a weekend getaway apartment located just one block from the Lehigh River and fifteen minute walk into historic downtown Jim Thorpe. The apartment is equipped with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace (cold months only), basic cable TV, a DVD player, WIFI, new kitchen, rustic living room and new bathroom. Rent a bike, wander the historical sites, shop, or ride the train without moving your car! Apt has garage parking! The garage is small so large vehicles/trucks will not fit.

The apartment is in a quiet location but short drive to many things. There is a 7 mile bike path directly behind the apartment with pretty views. Short drive to downtown Easton (15mins) restaurants, State Theatre and festivals. Bethlehem (25mins) Musikfest, casinos, Coca cola park and restaurants. Allentown (30mins) PPL center, malls. Tannersville (35mins), casinos, water parks, Pocono raceway, outlets. College visits Lafayette, Moravian, Muhlenberg. Great for business travel as well.

Moosic Suite is a private studio apartment exclusively for you and your companions with numerous amenities. The sleeping area contains a Queen size bed in addition to a large window seat. Your private bathroom has a shower. The kitchenette area contains a refrigerator and microwave. There is not an oven, cooktop, or large sink located in this space. All outdoor amenities are shared with other Airbnb guests staying at different apartments located on the spacious city property.
