It has been upgraded overtime but exudes charm and will transport you to a serene Mediterranean oasis. Imagine Tuscany, yet you are only 10 minutes to prime Hollywood or Studio City!

OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.

New Toluca Lake Private Pool House

450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
