Tous les points d'intérêt étant à proximité de ce logement de qualité, l'organisation de votre séjour s'en trouvera facilité. Une station de la ligne de tramway qui relie directement l'aéroport à la gare centrale de stuttgart se trouve juste devant l'immeuble. Situation très centrale, le cœur de Stuttgart se trouve a 10 mn à pied et 5 mn en tram. L'appartement spacieux donne sur une terrasse avec vue directe et sans vis à vis sur un grand jardin calme. Je parle couramment Français et Anglais.

Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
