Located in a residential district of Graz, this 36 m² apartment is ideal for vacationers and business travelers who appreciate a cozy, practical, and hassle-free stay. Enjoy a fully equipped, self-catering home away from home—complete with a kitchen, a washing machine, and a private balcony—instead of standard hotel service. The bedroom features a double bed (160 × 200 cm), while the living area includes a convertible sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a window.

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

Kostenlos Parken im Parkhaus in derselben Straße (ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Öffentliche Parkplätze rund ums Haus (Samstag und Sonntag gebührenfrei, wochentags gebührenpflichtig). Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für 1 - 2 weitere Person(en), Bad mit WC und ausgestatteter Küche.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
