This small apartment (36 sqm) has a coming-home flair and is equipped with a smart home system. Whether you're streaming comfortably on the couch, having a good dinner or enjoying a glass of wine on your own balcony, you can feel at home here in Graz. The double bed in the bedroom is 160*200, there is also another sleeping option for one person in the living area (fold-out sofa bed). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and window.

Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

Alle Bereiche sind barrierefrei erreichbar! Unsere Gäste können zusätzlich zum Apartment mit Balkon den 2300m2 großen Wellness- und Spa Bereich des Spa Resorts Styria kostenlos nutzen. Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 3,5 € p. P. / Nacht muss bei Abreise im Hotel bezahlt werden.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
