Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The bothy used to be an old Stable, then potting shed for Old Birtle, a grade 2 Listed farmhouse dating to back 1672. A great pub 10 mis walk away. 4 miles into bury with its market and major transport hubs, M66, M62. Perfect for weekends, for walkers, cyclists - we are on the edge of Beautiful Ashworth Valley. We accept longer stays for people moving house etc

It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.
