Cozy year round cabin on Norway Lake, family friendly with lots of space and dock. Norway Lake is a large lake known for it's fishing and is connected to Games Lake. Cabin is close to paved walking and biking trails. With close proximity to Sibley State Park. Kandiyohi County Park 7 is 1 mile away with large swimming beach, life guards, play ground equipment, seasonal convenient store, and boat rentals. New London/ Spicer area is an easy 15 minute drive with boutique shops and dinning options.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

NEW Lake house on Nest Lake with a gorgeous view!!

Brand new family vacation lake house on the east shore of Nest Lake. Whether jumping off the dock, kayaking around the islands, casting a line to catch that trophy fish, or lounging on the patio, you will have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun during your stay! Spend the evening grilling up your catch, admiring the sunsets, and playing a few games on the pool table. This lake house has fun activities for the whole family to enjoy! The upper level master bedroom has walk-out access to the deck with beautiful lake views! This is a perfect place for a multi-family outing. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood suited for a nightly campfire where an expected quiet time starts at 10pm. We are also 10 miles from Starlite drive-in theatre! Great for a family night out!

Working Ranch in Minnesota

Relax, unwind and UNPLUG on our working ranch in the Glacial Hills of Western Minnesota. Many activities nearby to keep you as busy or as relaxed as you choose. Open floor plan with 3 gas fireplaces and basement rec room. Master bath has double shower and Bubble tub. Sunsets are beautiful from the deck. The house does not have TV. WIFI is available for a $35 fee if you need it. Home sleeps 23 and there is a $10 per person fee per night above 8 guests.

Our cabin is the perfect place to re-energize and reconnect.
