Seachange is situated in a quiet Sunshine Beach cul-de-sac opposite the Noosa National Park, a short distance (10-minute walk / 3-minute drive) to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants and is a 10-minute drive to Noosa. Seachange has four double bedrooms so is Ideal for families and groups. There is also a large study / fifth bedroom with workstation. Facilities include a pool, with large deck and outdoor eating area (with BBQ), TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, laundry, & ducted air-conditioning.

Longboard Beach House - Pet Friendly

Pets welcomed - securely fenced large rear yard with lower level gate at garage entrance. The fee is $150 per pet per week from 1 Feb 2026. Noosa Council STL rules no pets to be left unattended inside or outside the house. Property backs onto pet friendly bushed national park and beach access to Sunrise and Castaways. There are two outdoor showers (1 hot &1 cold) - please do not enter the property with any residue sand on humans or pets. The garage is accessible to guests by pre-booking.

This stylish family friendly 3 bedroom luxury townhouse is located in one of Noosa's prime areas. Walk straight from the living room onto a white soft sandy beach and swim in the crystal blue waters. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.
